#CrockFit Spicy Tomato & Coriander Soup!

This Winter weather is a perfect opportunity to make warm, comforting & tasty soups like this one! Also a great vegetarian option for you if you like! However it is also easy to add some meat to if you like too.

Ingredients:

1 tin chopped tomatoes.
1 cup water.
1 peeled sweet potato.
Half onion.
3 garlic gloves.
Handful cashews.
Coriander.
Salt & pepper.
Optional cayenne pepper. (I like a little hot kick!)

Method:

- Chop all ingredients.
- Place all ingredients in a pot and bring to the boil. Simmer until the solid ingredients are soft.
- Remove from the heat and let it cool.
- Blend! I use a NutriBullet
