The recipe list included is an accumulation of all of the meals included within my 4 separate #CrockFit 12 week plans! (If you're a current #CrockFitter, keep this in mind when purchasing - for example if you already have all 4 #CrockFit plans, you will already have all of these recipes)
The philosophy behind my #CrockFitFood is to give you the ability to cook & prepare quick & tasty meals with short ingredients lists, so you don’t have to spend hours in the kitchen doing food prep! On top of this benefit, the meals included in my food plan are packed full of varied nutritious ingredients to deliver your body the fuel it requires to not only perform at it’s best but also get the best results from your training too!
This isn't a vegetarian food plan, however I have included many vegetarian meals and alternative options when necessary. If you’re vegetarian, these meals will still give you healthy inspiration and ideas to transform your diet.
