What is #Gymfit4?
#GymFit4 is the 4th & final 12 week plan in the #GymFit 1 Year Plan. It is an online 12 week body transformation training and nutrition plan for men. The exercise routine has been created for a gym environment. This programme delivers everything you need to know to gain muscle and burn body fat all over the body. If you have completed #GymFit1, 2 & 3 plans then complete your #CrockFit journey and take your results to the next level with this plan. This plan will push you physically beyond the other plans and will result in your body getting even better results in fitness, fat loss and muscle building!
