#HomeFit is an online body transformation training and nutrition year long plan split in to 4 different phases lasting 12 weeks each, which I have designed for people who prefer exercising at home (or anywhere!) and for people who struggle to get to the gym or want to increase their confidence before going to the gym. The exercise routine in this plan is made for a home environment and you don’t need any equipment, just your body and a strong mindset.
This programme delivers everything you need to know to create that lean look, by burning fat and gaining lean muscle all over the body. Suitable for men and women of ALL fitness levels.
