What is #Homefit2?
#HomeFit2 is an online 12 week body transformation training and nutrition plan which I have designed for people who prefer exercising at home (or anywhere!). If you have completed the first #HomeFit plan then continue your #CrockFit journey and take your results to the next level with this plan. This plan also gives you the opportunity to add some optional weights to some exercises too, with the use of dumbbells or home objects you could use for resistance.
