What is #Homefit2?
#HomeFit2 is the second phase of the #HomeFit programme. The plan is an online 12 week training and nutrition plan for people who prefer exercising at home, in the park, or outside etc. If you have completed the first #HomeFit plan then continue your #CrockFit journey and take your results to the next level with #HomeFit2! This plan also gives you the opportunity to add some optional weights to some exercises too, with the use of dumbbells or home objects you could use for resistance.
