The #SheFit journey begins here with #SheFit1, the first 12 week plan in the series. This 12 week body transformation fitness and nutrition plan has been designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. The gym exercises in this 12 week plan are designed to target the most stubborn and fat prone areas of women’s bodies. Trim, tone and shape your entire body in 12 weeks. Leaving you motivated to begin #SheFit2! When you get your #SheFit1 plan you will also be given access to do the plan in the #CrockFitApp when it launches.
