what is #shefit2?
#SheFit2 is an online 12 week body transformation training and nutrition plan which has been designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. The exercises in this 12 week plan are designed to target the most stubborn and fat prone areas of women’s bodies. Trim, tone and shape your entire body in 12 weeks.
If you have completed the first #SheFit plan, then continue your #CrockFit journey and take your results to the next level. With building confidence and experience in the previous plan, the next 12 weeks includes some new exercises and training techniques to shock the body and demand even more progress in fat loss, muscle growth, strength and fitness.
