what is #shefit2?
#SheFit2 is a 12 week fitness and nutrition plan which has been designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. These gym based workouts will shape your entire body, whilst targeting common stubborn areas across the body
If you have completed the first #SheFit plan, then take the next steps of your #CrockFit journey and increase your results. With building confidence and experience in the previous plan, the next 12 weeks includes some new exercises and training techniques to shock the body and demand even more progress in fat loss, muscle growth, strength and fitness.
